Egypt, Late Period, ca. 672 to 300 B.C. Large amulet / figure of a striding Anubis (head now missing), flanked on each side by standing lions. Sky blue faience with added black pigment for highlights. Figure wears a belted kilt. 4 1/2"H, upper bust missing since antiquity, else quite nice.
